Museo Chillida-Leku
Located in a XVI century farm house rebuilt by the sculptor, this beautiful
setting hosts excellent pieces by one of the most renowned Basque artists,
Eduardo Chillida.

Bosque Animado de Ibarrola
This “land art” project by Agustín Ibarrola, consists of
a forest of painted trees which create a captivating effect by a skillful
change in visual depth.

How to get there: From Bilbao, take the A-68 to Amorebieta, and then the BI-638
towards Kortezubi. Before this village, take the right turn towards Santimamiñe
caves (BI-424), and park your car at the Lezika farm-restaurant. The forest
is a short walk from here.

Fundación Balenciaga
(Opening in 2008)
In the coastal village of Getaria (Gipuzkoa), the museum will be housed in
the Aldamar Palace, which used to be the Summer residence of the parents of
Queen Fabiola of Belgium, and where Balenciaga took his first steps into the
fashion world.
